Technology
Expanded product requirements are the starting point for new technologies - higher-performance technology in turn improves product properties and functions. Continuous investments into our tool and plant construction enable us to react to market changes, new trends and specific customer requirements whenever necessary. As a result, we can provide our customers initial samples for test purposes very quickly.
Co-extrusion or multiple co-extrusion (e.g. tri- and quattro extrusion), steel band or aluminium band insertion, double or multiple strand extrusion: Choose the right one of different extrusion procedures for your purposes. Inline solutions such as punching, cutting, drilling and welding are the basis for our technical options.
Materials
Different requirements to the product properties require use of different materials and material combinations. We process, among others, polypropylene, polystyrene, hard and soft PVC, polycarbonate, PMMA, ABS, polyethylene, TPE, materials with fibreglass and wollastonite shares, ABS-/PC-blends and organic plastics or fibre composites.
Colours
Transparent or opaque, diffuse, solidly coloured, uni-coloured or metallic: We offer our customers a near-unlimited pallet of options in colours and structure.
Accordingly, we have the right solution at hand for any of your needs and design wishes. We produce to RAL, NCS or your specific requirements. Our colour lab currently offers approx. 2,700 different colour versions and is continually expanded by the colour competence and know-how of our in-house mixing plant.
